Debe prepararse dentro de los seis meses previos al matrimonio.<\/li>\n<li>Si los dos contrayentes viven en la misma di\u00f3cesis, se puede tramitar en la parroquia del novio, de la novia, o en la que corresponda al futuro domicilio familiar.<\/li>\n<li>Si los contrayentes son de di\u00f3cesis distintas, cada uno debe hacer medio expediente en su di\u00f3cesis, y cerrarlo en aquella en la que se va a celebrar el sacramento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Para tramitar el expediente se requiere:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Partida<\/strong> <strong>de<\/strong> <strong>Bautismo<\/strong> de cada uno de los contrayentes. (Si se recibi\u00f3 el Bautismo en una di\u00f3cesis distinta de la que tramita el expediente, debe estar <strong>legalizada<\/strong>.)
